Hello from the USA,

I like your shinny yellow Super Cub! How can we get those here in America? Is there any web pages that show more info about new Super Cubs over there? I work on yellow Super Cubs of the Piper Aircraft variety (http://www.cubcrafters.com/cci/rebuilds/rebuildsupercub.shtm) at Cub Crafters. I have six Honda Super Cubs, four C100’s 1961 to ’66 and two C105s. I have yet to get one running but I am riding a 1985 Honda CH80. I hope to find restorable a ’58 to ’59 C100 because they say Super Cub on the gas tank and Cub on the leg shield. I saw your blog picture “Emblematic” and wondered if Honda sells those emblems and for how much? One final question; Is that a special storage container in front of your gas tank?

Thanks, Eric

Eric. Thanks for the comment. I went to your site. Excellent. Yep, those are some yellow cubs you got there. As for the Honda variety here in Japan, you can access the links on the sidebar which go to the Honda site. But, ya know what? I forgot to add a link to the sales/tech page at Honda. I'll do that now. Thanks for the tip. (you can use a webbased translator or Sherlock if you have Mac to view them in English- albeit funny English)

We have an airfield right down the road over here. A small one. Commuter planes and helos. Love 'em. Love flying, riding, driving, etc. Man and machine, baby. Hence the NASA photos. It's all the same to me. Living life in style.

Anon, thanks for the comment. But what do ya mean stick to the super cub? I am. I asked Soichi to bring his Honda up to the station. Don't tell me he forgot! I hate when astronauts do that! ;)

Seriously, thanks, as always, for sending folks over here.
