Protective measures

Of course, unlike high profile U.S. military hardware, this delivery and installation was absent of any protest, any cry of "America out!". Why the change of heart? Well, perhaps North Korea's recent positive tests of nuclear capability combined with its successful test firing of ICBMs, one of which sailed clear over the island chain last year had something to do with it. ;)
