I apologize for the profanity displayed on this person's bike in Shinagawa Tokyo. I couldn't resist the urge to take a picture of it. I think it says it all, since the bike was damaged heavily from abuse, dented, parked illegally, and abandoned where it sits to this day. Kind of portrays a complete picture, doesn't it?
